About AM Manifest

The seemingly endless spectrum of 3D printing and Additive Manufacturing technologies offers enormous and tantalising potential for new adopters. However, the ever expanding range of possibilities makes it an overwhelming environment for users to successfully navigate and if the uninitiated AM user does not start with their ideal technology, the chances of them achieving valuable results are slim.

AM Manifest's concept is for a 3D Printing community navigation platform that individually identifies the user and their desired outcome, then via machine learning, matches them to their ideal technologies, guides them to the corresponding technology's design guidance and finally links them to a legion of suitable, accredited experts to provide mentorship and collaboration.

As users follow AM Manifest's pathway and develop their AM repertoire, they update their experience, opening up access to freshly compatible technologies, their corresponding design rules and gain deeper insight from a broader range of design for AM experts.

Through this targeted community design education platform, AM Manifest's users are supported to learn, share, apply and advance their DfAM skills, consequently enabling them to derive maximum value from AM. These outcomes will rapidly accelerate all technologies' purposeful adoption and manifest the thrilling potential of the entire 3D Printing and Additive Manufacturing ecosystem.

AM Manifest Companion Website

The full AM Manifest platform requires a comprehensive compendium of Additive Manufacturing that includes all of its software, hardware and materials. These then need to be classified to identify for which users and what applications they are most applicable.

The AM Manifest Companion is a stage one website version of the platform, that has gathered and consolidated this compendium and tangibly demonstrates how this data can be mobilised to help navigate all of AM's intricacies.

This ties together the complex range of AM technologies, providing users with a logical navigation tool that allows them to understand and evaluate each of them, like for like.

Currently listing 375 curated, classified and linked AM case studies. Users with any level of AM experience are invited to submit their own projects for inclusion, thus building a consolidated and consistent resource of successful AM application precedent.
